Everyone's biggest fear when they refer someone is that their friend will get pestered to death and the referral will hurt their relationship. We are not in the business of pestering people! We are going to treat the people you refer to us in the same way we treat you.
Our marketing strategy is education-based. Our goal is to provide authoritative, useful information on the topic of real estate investing. A constant theme in our content is that knowledge lowers risk and increases returns. Knowledgeable clients and potential clients make the best partners. Then, when people are ready to make an investment, they can make an informed choice and feel confident in their decision. Our hope is that they will choose to invest with us.
That being said, some people don't like receiving emails and other communication, so, we always include an unsubscribe link in our messages. If the people you refer don't want to hear from us, we leave them alone. It's that simple.
On the other hand, if people are benefiting from the information we send them, we will keep sending it. The opportunities we offer are not to be taken lightly. They involve significant amounts of money and most people take some time to get to know us before they invest. This is where our robust back-end (I know what you're picturing) helps you as an affiliate. Once your referral enters our system, we take care of the rest. It doesn't matter if it takes 3 months or three years, if that person EVER invests with us, BINGO, $1,000!
